520			_aHouse price inflation is accelerating again according to the just published RICS housing market survey for England and Wales for three months to September 2002. 58% more surveyors reported price rises in September than those reporting falls, up 6% on August and almost two and a half times the long-term trend of 24%. Price upturn was strongest in East Midlands, Yorkshire and Humberside with the London market now picking up after the summer. Potential number of buyers making enquiries went up in comparison with August. Chartered surveyors expect prices to continue to rise and the number of surveyors expecting sales to rise remains high.
