| 520 | _aThe latest RICS rural land market survey reveals that farmland prices have stabilised following a sharp rise at the start of the year. The survey shows the price of land per hectare rose to £7 801 from £7 651 in the last quarter, although this is lower than the price achieved at the beginning of the year.
