The SoS Defence (D) had appealed against an earlier hearing where it was decided that D's contention that the incorporation of additional land into an agricultural holding tenancy was not a provision 'for adjustment of the boundaries of the holding' under the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 Sched 2 para 6.
