520 _aThe latest "Agricultural land market survey" from FPDSavills reports that the supply of land fell in 2002, reinforcing a long-term trend since the end of World War Two. It suggests that the initial decline may be due to the increase in owner occupation after the break up of many larger estates after the war. Predicts land values should remain stable, however commercial land could rise by 15% over the next two years. Table.
