Commercial property review reports a downturn in sales and lettings, however investor demand has been strong, pushing down the property risk premium. Construction market review finds that output has not reached 1980's levels. Residential property market review shows that the 1% tax rise will re-inforce the current housing slowdown and government reviews of mortgages and house-building will have a significant impact on the housing market.
