520 _aProvisional second quarter figures for 2003 in the latest DTZ "UK regional offices research" show that office supply in London and the 10 major regional office markets in the UK is still increasing. However, despite weakening market conditions and a decrease in take-up in six of the ten centres, prime rental levels remained resilient with half of the regional markets showing positive rental growth.
