| 520 | _aA High Court decision has ruled in favour of tenants the Telegraph newspaper group in a rent review dispute with Canary Wharf. "Canary Wharf Investments (Three) v Telegraph Group Ltd" (QBD, 25 June 2003) concerned the terms of a 'hypothetical lease' to be used for calculating the latest rent review. The judge backed the Telegraph's argument that the hypothetical lease should run 25 years from the relevant rent review date. Canary Wharf claims the ruling will not affect its other leases up for review and has vowed to appeal against the decision. | ||
