520 _aThe results of the ARLA buy-to-let survey, conducted through its website, show that more than three-quarters of all buy-to-let investors are investing for the long-term. Two-thirds plan to retain properties for more than 10 years and a fifth claim the average life expectancy of their property investment is over 20 years.
