520 _aExamines why procedures in arbitration are diverse. Apart from a few basic rules, the procedure to be adopted in each case is, subject to the agreement of both parties, up to the adjudicator. Explains that the adjudication process has two components. Firstly the voluntary agreement between the parties and secondly the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996.
