"DTZ navigator" contains details of over 400 European property funds with links to their websites and is freely available after registration. It results from a project of the European Indirect Vehicles Group. Holdings in European private property vehicles have grown by 38% in relation to two years previously and the market is likely to expand with the possibility of a UK real estate investment trust type of vehicle in the near future.
