| 520 | _aThe Agricultural Waste Stakeholders' Forum has published a leaflet summarising changes and information about new waste management controls for agriculture which are due in 2004. The changes will implement EU legislation, and mean that uncontrolled burning of waste on farms and the use of 'farm tips' will be unlawful.
