520			_aThe Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment's submission to the public consultation on the government's review of the listing process has recommended that economic and social considerations become part of the listing process. These are in opposition to the views expressed by National Heritage and the RIBA. CABEs proposals would mean that listing could be withheld if it would result in the blocking of a significant regeneration project. The public consultation has now closed with the DCMS receiving 400 submissions, the report of the findings will be complied early next year with the White Paper published in the Spring.
