520 _aThe Housing Bill was introduced into Parliament on the 8 December, with the aim to help the most vulnerable in the private sector, to strengthen the housing market and to help the government to meet it's 2010 decent homes target. Included in the bill are a number of reforms including, selective licensing, licensing of houses in multiple occupation, housing health and safety, home information packs, right to buy changes, a social housing ombudsman for Wales and grants for social housing.
