520 _aThe latest "RICS housing market survey England and Wales" for the three months to November 2003 shows price rises maintaining a firm pace of increase as property for sale continues to fall to its lowest level since June 2002. Sales completed to November are the highest since February. New buyer activity remains stable despite the November interest hike. Market strength is still concentrated in northern England but recovery in London is becoming evident.
