520 _aRICS and interested groups in the UK are investigating the establishment of a single, national property ombudsman for consumer complaints. The new service would act as a one stop shop for any consumer requiring access to redress in the property sector allowing the existing schemes to continue but providing consumers with an easy route to the right ombudsman for their problem.
