The ODPM has set up a committee to advise it on how the reforms are working in practice. Reports on the responses to a survey on the reforms by members of the Property Litigation Association, RICS and the Chancery Bar Association. Discusses the practitioners' answers on contracting out and renewal proceedings, time extensions and s25 notices, the abolition of tenant's counternotice and interim rent. In overview 72% of the respondents thought that the changes had been a success. Table covers the responses in outline.
