February saw a continued improvement in conditions in the home building environment. Visitor and reservation levels rose quite sharply compared to a year ago with February the third successive month that reservation levels have been above a year ago. Site visitor numbers increased in February for the first time in 21 months. A larger balance of builders reported rising prices in February than in January.
