520 _aAn historic chapel in Blackpool is one of four buildings in northwest England which have been added to the Buildings at Risk register for 2006. The register, which lists the most vulnerable Grade I and Grade II* buildings and Scheduled Ancient Monuments in the country, now consists of 1 273 entries comprising 1 411 items, compared to 1 428 entries and 1 615 items on the initial 1999 register.
