520			_aA new Innovative Methods of Construction (IMC) Skills Forum has been set up in response to the predicted growth of IMC. At present, IMC accounts for around 4% of construction turnover, but fast growth in output (in excess of 12% over the next four years) together with government's sustainability agenda means that change is required to speed up the construction process. The forum will identify areas for future development and ensure a more structured approach to meeting training needs.
