In September 1990 M consented assignment of underlease to C, including allowing occupation of part of premises to a company which was part of the same group of companies as C. In September 1992 C went into receivership owing M £59768.20 in rent arrears, service charges and insurance. B appealed against an earlier ruling giving summary judgment to M. Appeal dismissed. | ||
