520			_aOver 100 companies and organisations, including Women Builders Ltd and other construction firms, have signed up to an Exemplar Employer scheme since September 2006. The schemes aim to reduce the gender pay gap, encourage women to do male dominated jobs, support mothers returning to work, and create better part-time opportunities. Government has also launched a new Quality Part-Time Work Fund for companies to obtain advice on creating and retaining part-time jobs for women at a senior level.
