The claimant served a schedule of terminal dilapidations in respect of the tenant's repairing covenants. "Held": the deed of assignment had not terminated the tenant's liability. Upon expiry of the lease, the tenant was liable with respect to the breaches of covenant and was entitled to be indemnified by the defendant in respect of those liabilities.
