The price of land derived by a formula was agreed by both parties and it was only subsequently appreciated by the claimant that this was an inaccurate valuation, and that some clauses of the formula ought not to have been agreed to. The defendant had also made a claim as to the net value of the land which was shown to be lower than stated. "Held": It was found that the court could not correct a contract which was agreed to by both parties.
