The overall activity index dropped by two points to 57, but remained in the increasing zone, and the residential index remained stable at 54 for the second consecutive month. Performance was strongest in the civil engineering sector, with the activity index reaching 67. Construction activity is forecast to continue to increase over the next quarter, at a slightly faster rate than in September.
