520 _aCommercial agreements cannot cover all eventualities, and the courts have the right to introduce terms to ensure parties honour their intended obligations. SR Technics provides maintenance services to Ryanair. To enhance the contract's profitability, the airline occupied a Dublin hangar, but without a proposed 15 year licence, on which the parties did not agree. The landlord tried to evict the airline after the landlord offered it a large sum to surrender the lease. The court granted an injunction to prevent eviction and ordered SR Technics to use its best endeavours to gain consent from the landlord for the airline to stay for 15 years, or as long as was reasonable.
