520			_aThe HBF's third annual customer satisfaction survey reveals that 75% of new home buyers would recommend their home builder to a friend and 76% were satisfied with the quality of their new home. In addition, 72% thought their builder was very or fairly good in relation to completing their home on time and 72% were satisfied with the condition of their home on move in day. Home builders' service after buyers had moved saw the weakest results in the survey, along with home buyers reporting more defects than expected.
