520 _aIn this article, the author of the Agenda for Change report addresses the effect that it has had upon the chartered surveying profession in the decade since it was published. It begins by introducing the background to the report, the consultation process and the merging of the RICS with the Incorporated Society of Valuers and Auctioneers (ISVA). Areas listed where the profession has matured since his report include increasing internationalisation; education and the organisation of specialisms, and the promotion of the profession.
