Stoke-on-Trent reports the least changes in land values. At the other end of the scale, Coventry shows the most changes due to a boom in city centre residential schemes before the recession. Housebuilders and other developers are returning to the region as active buyers. Private investors and housing associations have the strongest presence on the market.
