The centre of Paris has become however a hive of activity for smaller assets. Commercial rents have stopped rising in Paris with a shortage of tenants giving them the upper hand in rent negotiations. Big investment yields in the capital have overshadowed the attractions of regional centres such as Bordeaux, Lille, Marseille, Nantes and Toulouse. Charts. Graph.
