| 520 | _aReviews the case for green leases in the UK in the light of research carried out for the Investment Property Forum. Whereas Australia has seen tenant-led moves towards green leases and the green lease has gained momentum in Canada, there is little evidence of widespread adoption of green leases in the UK. The research concludes that the UK market is not ready for the introduction of green leases and advocates that a more dynamic relationship between landlord and tenant is required. Notes.
