Contract conditional on headlease being agranted by an agreed date after which either party have the right to rescind contract by serving written notice of recission. The headlease was granted and registered with the land registry before M served notice to rescind contract. Held: appeal dismissed. The right to rescind only exists up until the grant of the headlease and does not continue once the headlease has been granted.
