Criterion Capital, owners of two Slough shopping centres, Queensmere and Observatory, are looking to merge them into one. Hammerson is considering enlarging its Reading Oracle Shopping Centre by introducing floating trading space. Segro is to build 1.3m sq ft of offices for data companies and online retailers at its flagship Slough Trading Estate.
