Healthy retail will follow rooftops notably in the Sun Belt areas of Texas, Florida, the Carolinas, Atlanta and Phoenix. Secondary markets in particular have seen a revival in transaction volume, 27% up in the last six month, and major metros saw a rise of 16% in transaction volume whereas tertiary markets were down by 4%.
