| 520 | _aThe 2012 survey of UK property services firms (PSFs) shows business continuing to improve slowly. The combined turnover of the top 60 firms increased by £128.3m, 5.8% up on 2011. However 24 firms suffered a drop in revenue. Nine out of 60 firms are expecting to be involved in mergers and acquisitions in the next year and over half the firms expect to increase staffing.
