Risk aversion remains the driving force for investors who stay focused on the less "Eurozone crisis" exposed markets. Investment in retail has slumped to Euros 4.6bn. Office investment constitutes more than half of the total commercial real estate investment volume in Q2 2012. Prime yields have stabilised at a low level and increases are more likely to happen in the riskier markets.
