520			_aIn "EWP Ltd v Moore" CA 8 August 1991 in dismissing an appeal claiming protection under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 for a fixed term tenancy agreement of 23 months on agricultural land, it was held that this agricultural tenancy as defined under the terms of the Agicultural Holdings Act 1986 s1(1) had no protection under the 1954 Act. Furthermore, as the 1986 Act only gave protection to tenancies of two years or more, a tenancy for 23 months was not protected.
