| 520 | _aQBD 30 March 1988. In November 1986 and January 1987 the appellant (P) an estate agent displayed a `For Sale" board outside two residential properties before any other board was erected. In both cases a second board was erected by another agent. It was held that consent under Town and Country Planning Act 1971 s64 was limited to one advertisement per sale or letting and that a person may be convicted even though he displayed his own advertisement, with deemed consent and is ignorant of the existence of a second board. | ||
