New funding for solar energy

The funding is part of the Major Photovoltaics Programme and brings the total invested under this banner to £31m. Communitites, not-for-profit organisations and households will also benefit from new funding to extend the Clear Skies initiative for a further year, bringing the total funding up to £12.5m.
