A preliminary hearing revealed the tenant A contended that K did not have a controlling interest in the company. K's wife transferred to him the majority of the shares in the company and K sought an adjournment to produce evidence of his controlling interest. The judge granted permission. At the later hearing, he found that K's objection to the grant of a new tenancy had been established. The tenant appealed. "Held", appeal dismissed.
