Sharp decreases are forecast in the next two months. The number of properties coming onto the market remains high while the number coming off the market has increased sharply. With higher stock availability levels, the market has moved very much in the buyer's favour. Regional house price data reveals negative growth rates in East Anglia and East Midlands, London coming in-line with national house price changes for the first time in a year and modest rises in western areas and Wales.
