Series: Planning (for the Natural and Built Environment) ; (1523) 13 June 2003, 3(1) | House Builders Federation Press Release ; 4 June 2003 (1)Publication details: 2003Subject(s): Summary: Statistics from the National House Building Council for the first quarter of 2003 show that, for the first time, more flats than detached houses are being built in England as developers follow government recommendations for higher density living and urban regeneration.
