Investigates the subject of service quality from the viewpoints of building surveying firms and their clients concluding that firms concentrate on outcome quality, whereas their clients are more interested in the quality of the delivery of the service. The results indicate that process quality is very important but that clients are even more concerned with the technical quality than firms themselves.
