The Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (Commencement No.4 and Savings) Order 2005

Art 2 of this Order brought into force on 7th March 2005, in relation to England, the following provisions of the 2004 Act in so far as they are not already in force: s52 (temporary stop notice) and s53 (fees and charges). Art 3 brought into force on 1st April 2005, in relation to England, the following provisions of the Act in so far as they are not already in force: s55 (time in which Secretary of State to take decisions) and Sched 2 (timetable for decisions). Art 4 makes a saving for the purposes of the provisions contained in Sched 2 to the Act.
