Comes into force 2 May 2007. Amends the Waste Management Licensing Regulations 1994 Sched 3. Introduces limits to the draining of milk onto land. Provides an exemption permitting the disposal of pesticide into lined biobeds and the treatment of land with animal ashes. Limits an exemption regarding the disposal of plant tissue. Amends the Clean Air (Emission of Dark Smoke) (Exemption) Regulations 1969, removing an exemption concerning the burning of some pesticide containers.
