Provides an exemption permitting the disposal of pesticide into lined biobeds and the treatment of land with animal ashes. Limits an exemption regarding the disposal of plant tissue. Amends the Clean Air (Emission of Dark Smoke) (Exemption) Regulations 1969, removing an exemption concerning the burning of some pesticide containers.
