This survey of corporate property occupiers working across a range of sectors provides insight into their views on property issues. Reports that two thirds of survey respondents are against legislation to make the "Code for leasing business premises" mandatory, favouring self-regulation instead. Other key findings include: three quarters of businesses fail to hold an annual strategic review of their property holdings; 57% want upwards-only rent review to end; and 71% want continuing liability post assignment to be removed.
