Finds that although interest rates and affordability pressure are starting to affect the mainstream housing market, the prime sector is being driven by different factors. Low supply, high international demand and strong global economies are keeping the market buoyant. Growth slowed slightly in central London, but this remains a staggering asset class. This area is still easily outperforming all other markets. Further growth of 10% is expected in the next year. Across the country, the top end of all prime markets showed the highest growth. Graphs.
