Low supply, high international demand and strong global economies are keeping the market buoyant. Growth slowed slightly in central London, but this remains a staggering asset class. This area is still easily outperforming all other markets. Further growth of 10% is expected in the next year. Across the country, the top end of all prime markets showed the highest growth. Graphs.
