This consultation document outlines BCIS/BSi proposals for a Standardised Method of Life Cycle Costing for Construction (SMLCCC) as a UK supplement to ISO 15686: 5. The SMLCCC contains a data structure for presenting and producing life cycle costs, which is based on the BCIS elements and incorporates construction, maintenance, operation, occupancy and end of life costs.
