A review of how the 13 residential development hotspots in London identified in the 2011 report have fared between then and 2015 with most of the areas performing in line with or beyond the achieveable new build prices forecasted. Predicts that some of the 2011 hotspots will continue to outperform well up to the end of 2018. Some additional hotspots beyond lprime Central London have been added. Notes the impact the opening of Crossrail by 2018 will have on property prices. Top 2015 hotspots are Acton, Old Oak Common, Earls court, Bayswater, Nine Elms, Victoria, Mayfair, Euston, KingsCross and Dalston & Hackney.
